Why do I need to type characters from a picture to submit information?
This request was implemented because various companies using automated programs abused this service. Typing the characters from the image into the form field verifies that a person, not an automated program, is submitting the information. In most cases, automated programs cannot recognize the characters in the image.

Search Hints:
In the Last Name/First Name fields, the search will return all matches whose names begin with the letters you type. For example, if you enter Williams, the search will also turn up Williamson (if it matches the other criteria you select). If you enter Will, it will look for Williams, Willis, Williamson, Willoughby, and so forth. This can be handy if you are unsure of the spelling of a name (ie: Clark vs. Clarke, etc.).
